Returns Policy

Designer Mobiles UK will allow the return of a product if Unwanted or Faulty. Please read below our Policies.

Standard 14 Day Return

Our Standard Returns Policy timescale is 14 days from initial purchase. The Product or Item purchased is to be returned in the condition it was sent or delivered. Once the item is inspected, if authorised a refund will be sent, if the item shows evidence of damaged, we will contact you with images and evidence explaining why the refund has been refused and will then return the damaged product to you.

Faulty 28 Day Return

If the Product or Item that you purchase from us becomes Faulty, we will endeavour to rectify the issue as swiftly as possible. There are many scenarios within 28 days so please see the breakdown below with options available:

1 – 14 Days

  • Full Refund Offered (After Investigation)
  • Exchange Offered
  • Repair Offered (Under Warranty if Applicable)

15 – 28 Days

  • Exchange Offered

Repairs Policy

DMUK take every care to insure that your Repair is completed Professionally, Correctly and in a Timely Manner with most Repairs being completed the Same Day. We offer a 12 Month Repair and Parts Warranty with all our Repairs to give you a little Peace of Mind. However if a Repair fails due to a Failed/Faulty Component or hasn’t been Completed correctly, DMUK will complete the Repair again Free of Charge under the Warranty Offered. However DMUK will Investigate the Fault first

and if the Device has been Accessed by another Person or 3rd Party since we have repaired it, your Warranty will be Null and Void and the Warranty Repair will become Chargeable.

Complaints Procedure

DMUK take all Complaints very seriously. If you have a Complaint or Comment that you would like to advise us about directly, you can write to us or email us. All Complaints will be responded to within 28 Days in the same way you contacted us, our details are below:

Legal and data protection

Customer Data Sharing

National and/or EU rules sets certain limits to how and when you may share customer-identifying information with Klarna. EU regulations state that the customer must have clicked the Klarna option before the Merchant shares any such information. Basically this means you share privacy data when the customers actively chooses the Klarna option in your checkout and Klarna’s widget is shown, not before. Our default setup complies with EU regulations. If you operate in another jurisdiction, you must check what kind of setup is permitted before you do the integration.

Klarna Terms and Conditions

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service.   • Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.   • Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
  • Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
